Dennis Wong, Esq. is a practicing attorney based in Oakland, California with over 30 years of experience in business, finance and law. Mr. Wong began his career in commercial litigation, patent and trademark litigation, toxic torts and personal injury with a nationally prominent plaintiff's firm. His practice subsequently evolved into more transactional work representing individuals and companies doing cross-border investments and business in the United States and Asia, with a special emphasis on China trade.

Mr. Wong writes articles and gives lectures on business and legal topics under the theme - Things Your Lawyer Never Told You. Discussion topics include Things Your Lawyer Never Told You About contracts, business, partnerships, bankruptcy, marriage and divorce.

Mr. Wong is an adjunct professor at Foothill College in Los Altos Hills, California where he teaches business and business law. Mr. Wong is the Co-Director of the Foothill Entrepreneur Center and Business Incubator.

Mr. Wong is the Co-Chairman of the Board of the Alliance for Community Development ("Alliance"), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to bringing high growth businesses and high paying jobs to the under-served communities in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area through a $75 million "double bottom line" venture capital fund managed by JP Morgan H&Q.

Mr. Wong holds Bachelors of Art degrees in psychology and political science from the University of Rochester; a Master's of Business Administration degree in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Francisco.
